Suicide Dolls gets accepted to the Pan African Film Festival in Los
Angeles
"Suicide Dolls" wins big at The St. Louis Int. Film Fest winning the New
Filmmaker Forum. The
film competed against 4 other films winning the award. LaQuita is the
star and producer of the film.Suicide Dolls received an overwhelming audience response at the San Francisco Black Film Festival on June 18th
LaQuita will be in Miami promoting her movie Suicide Dolls,
which will be playing in The American Black Film Fest in Miami on
June 24th

Laquita just booked the lead role in the
film, "The Good Life" shooting on location in Redlands, CA. The webseries Secret Fridays is set to
premiere Friday May 16th
LaQuita is in the feature "Sister's Keeper"
that premiered June 6th at 7pm in Beverly Hills as part of the Hollywood

LaQuita Just wrapped production on the comedic short, "My Religion."
She played Yomi the wonderful singer who can't sing!
She also got cast in the feature, "Road to Sundance"
and will begin shooting in May 2007.
LaQuita just produced and starred in

I'm excited to be shooting the film, "Wicked Wis Dome" directed by Hope Williams. She is a talented director and I'm sure this film will do well.

*The film, “Son Up” is on fire.
The film takes home awards at the Harlem Int. Film Fest and WT
Int. Film Fest in Norway. It
will also be showing at the Santa Fe Film Festival among others.

*She
recently produced and starred in a film titled “Something in
Common.” The film is about
two women who meet for the first time inside of a seedy motel room.
One woman has just killed her abusive boyfriend and she has yet
to find out what secret the other woman is keeping.
Both women will stop at nothing to conceal their secrets and they
each have a plan, which may involve the other.
